NO EXTERIOR WINDOWS HERE!

Windows are cleaned to Stella Standard- Every pane spotless, streak-free, and detailed to perfection- including edges and corners.

Sills and frames are wiped down- No dust, no debris, no build-up.

All gates are locked- I have double-checked that all access points are secure before we left the property.

Final walk-around is completed- A full walk-around the job site has been completed- no areas are missed and no tools or mess have been left behind.

The customer is notified- Customer has been made aware the job is complete.

Tools and equipment are packed away- No ladders left behind, no gear in the garden, everything gets put back in its place.

The worksite is left clean and tidy- Furniture returned to original places etc.

Review requested- In person if pos.

Any concerns, notes or improvements updated to HCP.

Opening windows- All openers have been opened and wiped down for debris.

The Interior has been left clean and tidy- Furniture returned to original places etc.

Any concerns, notes or improvements updated to HCP.

Customer has been made aware the job is complete.

NO EAVESTROUGHS TO CLEAN HERE!

All gutters cleared of debris- Leaves, dirt, and sludge fully removed. No handfuls left behind.

Downspouts checked and flushed- Confirm water flows freely from roof to ground. Use hose or test pour.

Any Loose sections, damage, or signs of wear noted- Writeup in "Notes".

Fascia, and under outer eavestroughs are clean- Hosed down with no debris on the outside.

Before/after photos taken- Use for high-up or heavily clogged systems, or when client is not home.

Downpipe debris removed from floor- DO NOT MISS THIS!

All debris removed from property- Bag and take it with you, or leave it neatly in designated bin only if pre-approved by client.

Check for drips, splatter, or mess on walls, decks, patios

Wipe down anything dirty -We were never there;)

All gates and access points re-secured- Just like with windows, no open yards left behind!

Final walk-around complete- Ensure no tools, bags, or mess left behind.

Customer notified of completion.
