Preparation Tips

Here's a quick check list to make sure things go super smoothly for your scheduled service/s. 
If you are unsure about anything below or you are unable to move heavy furniture etc. please get in touch so we can send the right amount of muscle.

Please, Please! Pick up any dog poop from the areas we will be working in. (All services)

-Excessive poop in the yard WILL result in a $150 rescheduling/clean up fee being charged.

All vehicles are removed from the driveway.  (All services)

​

ALL outdoor faucets/taps are on and pressure is good. (Exterior window & eavestrough cleaning only)

​

Window screens are removed, labelled and placed in safe location. (Exterior window cleaning only)

-We understand some screens are only removable from the outside so don't worry about them.

 

Furniture and plants are moved away from below exterior windows. (Exterior window cleaning only)

​

Deck areas are cleared and all windows and deck glass is accessible. (Exterior window cleaning only)

​

Sofas, beds and valuables are moved away from windows. (Interior window cleaning only)

​

Someone is home to let us in. (Interior window cleaning only)

 

Please note: We will do our best to work around any obstructions to get your house sparkling but we are only human and we want to keep our technicians safe without risk to your property or anything on it. â€‹

If there are obstructions we cannot work around we may choose to leave areas of service. (Exterior window, interior window & eavestrough cleaning only)​
