Commercial Window Cleaning

Commercial window cleaning services are focused primarily on the glass itself and are completed using the methods best suited to the building, access conditions, and overall efficiency of the project.

 

For many commercial properties, Stella may utilize Water Fed Pole (pure water) cleaning methods exclusively.

 

Exterior glass will receive a complete wash and rinse using professional window cleaning methods.

Interior window cleaning services require unobstructed access to the areas being serviced.

 

Due to building height, access limitations, and the nature of commercial maintenance cleaning, detailed wiping of exterior frames, ledges, and sills may not be included unless specifically outlined in writing.

Some commercial glass surfaces, coatings, or hydrophobic treatments may require additional labour, modified cleaning methods, or follow-up detailing beyond standard maintenance cleaning scope. Additional charges may apply where extra time or restoration-level detailing is required.

 

Final results are assessed from normal viewing distance under typical lighting conditions.This service does not include:

• Removal of construction debris, paint, silicone, adhesives, mortar, hard water staining, oxidization, or bonded contaminants

• Scratches, scuffs, fabrication debris, failed seals, or permanent glass defects

• Restoration-style detailing requiring scraping, polishing, or specialty chemical treatment

 

Where debris or marking does not release through standard cleaning methods within reasonable effort, the area will be considered outside normal maintenance cleaning scope.​

Please note:

• Initial cleans on neglected or heavily soiled properties may require multiple visits to achieve ideal results

• Some spotting may occur during first-time pure water cleans as old residue is flushed from frames and seals•

• Stella reserves the right to modify cleaning methods on-site based on weather, safety, access conditions, or wind conditions

• Clear and safe access to work areas must be maintained on the day of service

• Vehicles, equipment, furniture, signage, or other obstructions limiting access may result in skipped areas or rescheduling

• Interior window cleaning services require unobstructed access to the areas being serviced

• Any lift equipment, boom lifts, swing stages, traffic control, or special site access requirements must be disclosed and arranged prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Unless otherwise specified, pricing is based on maintenance cleaning and assumes windows are cleaned on a regular service interval
